How white-label web dev partnerships actually work

A short breakdown for agency owners and consultants — how the engagement runs, what's expected on each side, and typical pricing ranges for planning.

Your Agency
Client relationship
brief
delivered as you
End Client
Sees only you
The Basic Idea
01 / 04

You keep the relationship. We stay invisible.

A white-label partnership means your agency takes the client brief, sets the price, and stays the single point of contact — while the actual build (WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, custom web apps) happens on our end, under NDA, with no RansTech branding anywhere in the deliverable.

Your client never sees an invoice, email, or credential that mentions us. As far as they know, it's your team.

How An Engagement Runs

Four steps, start to handoff

01

Scope & quote

You send the client brief (or forward it as-is). We turn it into a fixed quote and timeline within 24–48 hours — you mark it up however you like before quoting your client.

02

Build

We build against agreed milestones. You get a private staging link and async updates — Slack, email, or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. No client-facing contact from our side, ever.

03

Review & revise

You review first, or loop your client in directly — your call. Revisions route back through you; we never take instructions straight from the end client.

04

Handoff & support

Final files, credentials, and documentation transfer to you (or stay hosted with us under your name). Ongoing support and small edits can continue on a retainer if you want a standing dev bench.

For Planning Purposes

Typical wholesale pricing ranges

These are partner (wholesale) rates — what you pay us — not what you'd quote your client. Final cost depends on scope, integrations, and timeline.

Project type Typical range Turnaround
Landing page (single) $150 – $400 3–5 days
Business website (5–10 pages) $500 – $1,500 1–2 weeks
WooCommerce / Shopify store $800 – $2,500 2–3 weeks
Custom web app (Laravel/PHP) $1,500 – $6,000+ 3–8 weeks
Ongoing dev retainer $400 – $1,200 / mo Rolling
Ranges are illustrative starting points for planning — actual quotes are scoped per project after a brief review.
